Help, Support, Guidance, and Encouragement

‍The ministry of home groups is a great opportunity to provide pastoral care to every person in the church. Helping with spiritual life, brotherly support, guidance, and encouragement are just a small part of the opportunities and tasks that this ministry offers. Home groups at the Tabernacle church have become a second family for many. Here, people not only communicate but also care for one another — showing involvement, celebrating birthdays, and helping those who have faced hardship (for example, if someone is in the hospital, they are visited and prayed for healing). The Tabernacle church has over 1,000 members, and in order for each person to be spiritually counceled and helped to cope with their needs, pain, or problems, the home groups ministry was created. One day a week, you can meet in a small circle with brothers and sisters from the church, worship God, ask questions you are interested in, and request prayer and other forms of help. Home group leaders are part of the brotherly council and are accountable to the senior pastor of the church for every person attending the group. If you have become a member of the “Skynia” church, it is recommended that you attend a home group weekly at the location nearest to your home or workplace.
